The Board of Directors of ArcelorMittal CLN Distribuzione Italia Srl approved on 17th December 2019 the sale of the whole stake of San Polo Lamiere S.p.A.

The agreement was reached with Mr. Attilio Monici, the company's largest shareholder, and was finalized on 28th February 2020.

The sale of San Polo Lamiere shareholding is consistent with the business plan of the ArcelorMittal CLN Group, focusing the financial resources to "core" activities of strategic interest for the Group.
