Today, we present two interesting systems located at our Alpignano and Atella plants, equipped with presses that represent the cornerstone of our offering.
In Alpignano, a 1,600-ton press, with a 1,600 x 1,600 mm slide, is fed with steel strips ranging from 3 to 15 mm thick.
On June 21, 2025, the “Health and Safety Days 2025” tour reached its last stop in Condove.
This day was attended - in addition to workers from AMCLN (Caselette and Alpignano sites) - by workers from Tamagnone, CTL, MWI and MA in Chivasso.

The World Day to Combat Desertification and Drought was established by the United Nations with the aim of raising awareness among the international community on the importance of soil protection, sustainable management of natural resources and prevention of environmental degradation.
This anniversary represents a moment of global reflection on two of the most serious environmental emergencies of today, including: the loss of soil fertility and the growing scarcity of water; these phenomena must be monitored because they contribute to climate change and damage to ecosystems.
The World Day against Child Labour was established by the International Labour Organization, with the aim of raising awareness in the international community on one of the most serious and persistent violations of human rights. It represents a moment of reflection and collective commitment aimed at promoting the elimination of all forms of child labour, especially the most dangerous ones, reaffirming the universal right of children to live a free, protected and educated childhood.
On May 30, 2025, the third stage of the “Health and Safety Days 2025” tour was held at the Monza site, involving all the workers of the AMCLN Group plants.
The workers of Monza and Marcon plants were present at the event.
On this day, it was decided to address the issues of safety, environment and sustainability with the new formula of the newscast: a direct, fast, punctual and exhaustive way to address these topics, leaving a considerable mark on all viewers.

World Oceans Day is celebrated every year on June 8, the anniversary of the World Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro, and is an opportunity to reflect on the benefits that the oceans can offer us and the duty that falls on each individual and community.
Day proclaimed by the United Nations, with the aim of raising awareness and spreading the value of protecting and safeguarding the environment and the influence that the latter has on the daily well-being of each individual.
As regards 2025, the target of the Day is plastic pollution, a risk that pervades the planet, through microplastics.
On May 16, 2025, the second stage of the “Health and Safety Days 2025” tour was held at the Fontanellato site, involving all workers of the AMCLN Group plants.
The workers of the Fontanellato plant and those of the subsidiary Delna S.p.A. were present at the event.
Several guests and colleagues took turns on the stage – with the talk show formula – who, thanks to their experience, addressed – also involving the guests in the room – interesting topics on safety, the environment and sustainability.
The last two stages will be held in Monza (MB) and Condove (TO).

In 2021, CLN Group established an award in memory of Amulio Cipriani, dedicated to Master’s and PhD theses with the aim of encouraging academic research focused on advancing sustainability in the steel industry.
The 2025 edition marks the third year of this award. This year’s recipients are a group of young researchers from the Politecnico di Milano, part of the team led by Professor Carlo Mapelli.
