Day proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly with the aim of highlighting and raising awareness of the importance of adopting behaviors that protect the environment, with a view to a sustainable transition, which allows us to mitigate the persistence of climate change and the loss of biodiversity.
On this day, the AMCLN, aware of its importance, promotes a policy based on the adoption of renewable sources, placing individual responsibility with respect to the issue of sustainable consumption as a fundamental pillar; it also carries out educational activities aimed at environmental protection, such as planting new trees.
