ArcelorMittal CLN Distribuzione Italia, Fincantieri and Palescandolo Lavorazioni Siderurgiche have joined forces to create a joint venture “Centro Servizi Navali SpA", a company specializing in logistics and production for the sheet metal fleet of Fincantieri plants in Monfalcone and Marghera.

ArcelorMittal CLN will present for the third consecutive time its range of Electrical Steels at the forthcoming edition of Coiltech 2018.

Coiltech is the most qualified meeting point in the electromechanical field. The product range offered by the Coiltech exhibitors covers all stages of production of electric motors, transformers, generators and electric pumps.

Coiltech 2018 will take place in Pordenone from 26 to 27 September. 

Safety never goes on holiday!
They have told it in all (or nearly all) the languages and dialects of the world. They are the employees of the plants of Fontanellato, Granarolo and Graffignana, together with the workers of the MA Anzola plant, who reminded us of this message in a special video broadcasted during the yearly Day of Health and Safety at Work, which took place on July 12^th at the Fontanellato plant.

The third stop of the 2018 edition of the Health and Safety Day is on the road, hosted by the MA plant in Cassino. Here, on June 12, the yearly edition of the training and awareness-raising day took place, addressed to the employees of the Osimo and Rieti plants, together with the employees of the MA plant of Cassino.

The 2018 edition of the Health and Safety Day is actually transversal. 

On 8 May 2018, archbishop Cesare Nosiglia paid a visit to our ArcelorMittal CLN Group headquarters and production site in Caselette.
The visit was a favorable opportunity to stop production while workers, managers, owners and employees shared precious moments of reflection. Work and dignity, safety and environment were discussed as well as the importance of economic stability to realize personal dreams, expectations and ambitions.

On April 4, 2018, an agreement was signed to formalize the entry of ArcelorMittal CLN Distribuzione Italia srl into the capital of Centro Servizi Metalli S.p.A. (CSM) with a shareholding equal to 42.39%, working hand in glove with the Industeel Belgium Group,  part of the ArcelorMittal Group, which concurrently rises from 21% to 49%.

Tamagnone, carrier and logistics operator specialized in transport and storage of coils, was chosen by ArcelorMittal for handling the rails produced in their plants in Spain and Poland, addressed at different construction sites of Ferrovie dello Stato (Italian State Railways) to improve the current railway network.
The 108-metre rails commissioned by Ferrovie dello Stato are for high-speed lines and for replacement of old 16/23-meter rails sections.

The ArcelorMittal CLN group is pleased to announce the aggregation of a new production site at San Mango sul Calore (AV).
The goal is to consolidate and strengthen the level of service offered to the Southern Italy customers in the sector of metal parts, mainly the industry one.

At our Atella Service Center, the beginning of 2018 saw the completion of the ambitious production project dedicated to the cold stamping of metal components for the automotive sector.

Our goal is to integrate the service offered until now, completing the range. Thanks to the investments, which are now being implemented, the stamping activity has been started by installing a 1250 tons press, already operational. 

Within Rieti’s service center a new production unit was born dedicated to cold stamping and assembly of metal components for the automotive sector.

Within a production rationalisation process, on 31/12/2017 the Civate plant was sold to Itla Bonaiti srl, a CLN Group company, specialised in the sector of high-carbon steel re-rolling.

On 31/12/2017 the acquisition of Metallurgica Graffignana S.r.l. was accomplished, through incorporation in ArcelorMittal CLN Distribuzione Italia srl.

The production plant – located in via Marcora 16, Graffignana (LO) Italy – joins the production footprint of ArcelorMittal CLN, while maintaining its manufacturing specialisation in the cold rolling business sector.

On December 13th, an official ceremony took place in Monza, Italy, for the donation of a vehicle equipped for the transportation of disabled people.
This social initiative is part of a project called "Guaranteed Mobility", promoted by the city of Monza, social department, and by PMG Italia, with the aim of guaranteeing a better mobility to the weakest  people of the community.

ArcelorMittal CLN has been happy to contribute to the fulfilment of this caring project addressed at people with major difficulties.
